Jared was born and raised in Cannon Falls, MN. After high school, he graduated with a degree in Finance and a minor in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato. In 2014 Keith approached Jared with an opportunity to join his team. Jared didn't know it at the time, but that small leap of faith led him into a career that he truly feels was meant to do. For over a decade, Jared has been blessed to wake up every day looking forward to going to work. His areas of focus continue to be working with individuals and families in the accumulation phase as well as pre-retirees and retirees. Jared enjoys helping people navigate their financial lives, giving them the resources and confidence to make decisions that could affect the rest of their lives.
Jared and his wife, Alison, live in Cannon Falls. They have their hands full, with two daughters and one son. After spending 15 years playing amateur baseball for the Bears, Jared has transitioned to golf. He also enjoys playing volleyball, coaching his kids, biking, grilling and watching baseball, hockey and football. Jared’s kids are very active in any sport they can get their hands on including gymnastics, soccer, tee ball, volleyball and basketball.
Jared received his Bachelors of Science in Finance & Minor in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato. He passed his Certified Financial Planner™ Exam (CFP®) in 2019, his Series 7 - General Securities Representative in 2014, his Series 66 - Uniform Combined State Law Exam in 2014, and his Minnesota Life and Health Insurance Exam in 2015. Jared is involved in his community by being a Cannon Falls Education Foundation Board Member 2015-2021 and a Cannon Falls Bears Amateur Baseball player 2008-2022.
