A focus on professional knowledge, client service, community and industry involvement, and the highest standards of ethics are the cornerstones of building a successful wealth management practice. Defining a clear vision, outlining a definite destination, and planning for an enjoyable life are Jeff's goals with each client.

Jeff's commitment to enriching his knowledge with ongoing education and involvement in the firm and industry keeps the practice on the cutting edge of the financial services profession. Jeff has attained both his CLU and ChFC designations as well as completed several industry and company sponsored, comprehensive estate and financial planning schools.  He is also an Investment Advisor Representative of Royal Alliance Associates, Inc.

In addition to continued education, Jeff believes strongly in being involved in the local, state, and national financial industry. Jeff is a past President of Rochester NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) and the past President of the Rochester Estate Planning Council. Jeff also served on the state NAIFA Board of Minnesota. On the national level, Jeff has served on various councils and advisory boards for Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. Jeff has been an MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) member since 1995, qualifying for Court of the Table Honors and Top of the Table Member several times. "MDRT membership is recognized internationally as the standard of sales excellence in the life insurance and financial services business" as less than 1% of Financial Advisors reach this level within the financial community.

Jeff has been involved in coaching youth sports with a special emphasis in basketball and is an active member of St. John the Evangelist Church in Rochester. Giving back to the community is important to Jeff, which is reflective in his honor of receiving the 2015 Fortunaire Community Service Award and 2022 Rochester Catholic Schools Everyday Hero Award.  Jeff and his wife Marnie are graduates of Luther College and are active in supporting Luther and higher education as well as supporting the Rochester Catholic School system. Jeff and Marnie reside in Rochester where they have raised their four children.

Qualifying membership in the MDRT is based on minimum sales production requirements and gross business generated within a year. Each MDRT status designation is granted for one year only. All members must apply every year to continue their affiliation with the Million Dollar Round Table.
Fortunaire Community Service Award (2015) is awarded by Collective Financial Group to their financial professionals based on community service. The Foundation Board will receive nominations for qualifying Fortunaire members for the Community Service Award annually.
