Mary Westpfahl

Mary is a Client Service Representative who joined Derek and Ryan’s Team in Early 2024. Mary assists with new account paperwork, back office support, and life insurance business processing services, performs weekly, monthly, and annual audits on client accounts, updates filling systems as required, and carries out various project requests as needed. Previously, Mary was an administrative support specialist and did customer care and billing duties for property and casualty insurance.

She lives with her husband Keith in Rochester, MN with their three dogs. While not at work, she can be found playing video games and spending time with the dogs and her husband.
