Sarah Knepper

Sarah is a Client Service Manager with Advanced Financial. She graduated from Winona State University with a degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management, and has been with us in Rochester since 2019. Sarah assists with new account paperwork, back-office support, and any client requests. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, Sarah excels in managing client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and consistently exceeding expectations. Sarah enjoys and seeks strong team collaboration to ensure smooth communication, swift issue resolution, and continuous improvements in service quality with our clients.

In her free time, Sarah likes to stay active - whether it's playing softball, golfing, hiking, boating, discovering new breweries, or spending time with family and friends on Lake Vermilion or in the southwestern Wisconsin area.
